I have a user account in the crm that I set up for a previous employee who has now left.
It is still activated but I want to keep the settings and colour set up etc and change the email address, user details and photo as well as the zohomail add on.
Can i just edit the persons profile / details to reflect the new persons email address for example or do I have to completley set it up aagain as new?
Can I perhaps 'clone' the user account and edit the new version.
