Changing default "mobile" contact within an opportunity "whom to deal with" summary view
In the new version of the Zoho CRM, there's a new "Whom to deal with" summary/ quick view in the top right corner view of an opportunity, which includes name, email address, and mobile number (which we love).
Is there a way to edit/ change the settings so that this "Who to deal with" view reflects the "preferred phone number" and not always the "Mobile" phone number, as seems to be the case.
