Hi guys

I'm in Canada. I have 2 companies associated with my Zoho Invoice login. The first account is able to modify the default tax rules. The second, is not. They are all locked with the small lock icons. The default tax rule it is using is "Canada" wide, and there are different taxes applied to each province. The problem is, for Quebec, it is incorrect. I had mitigated that on my first company, but the second has some sort of block on it.

Something I'm doing wrong?
