When I set up a new email account I missed out the dot (.) between the users first name and surname.  I set everything up and then afterwards when it was realised I went back in and created an alias and made the email address with the dot (.) primary but I must have left something out because when I try to send an email from that account, there is no drop down to select the name with the dot (.) and it is showing as from the name without the dot (.) yet failing everyone/returning mails as un-sent.  Is there a way I can get the email working properly from the correct email address.  It's a free account, thanks.
