Changing language

I downloaded the Italian version, but I'm not happy with it: I find misleading some of the words (e.g., Forward is translated as Invia, but Invia actually means Send), and anyway more than half is still in English. Can I switch back to English standard version, without loosing the content of my folders, contacts and so on?
