Changing mail window sizes

Hi, I have this problem:

when I want to add a mail contact as a Lead to CRM, the window for adding the contact information opens. However, this almost covers all of the e-mail, so it's difficult to see the contact details in the e-mail. I can resize the upper window that lists all the mails, but I can NOT resize the lower window for the CRM details. Is there a way to resize this or to show more of the original mail?
