Changing main email address

Changing main email address

I am new to Zoho and learning rapidly, however, is it possible to either link free zoho to my outlook, or change the email address to a different one.
When I first started using Zoho, I was not employed and was testing it, now I have a job and using this for work, and would like to send emails directly without my personal address being used.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
