I was trying to change a user record of someone who has left the company to a new person, not realising that I should have created a new user and deactivated the old one.
After I changed the name I noticed that I could not change the email address to then deleted the user, but now everything that was created by the old user has the wrong name on it.
Is there a way to edit the name on a deleted user? I understand that they cannot be re-activated, but perhaps this is something that the zoho help desk can change for me.
