From friday oct 3rd i´ve noticed that whenever I change the owner of an account, all data -including closed activities- related to that account is then owned by the new user.
The problem is that I need to keep the information on who did a previous job on that account....
Since I have been using ZOHO CRM for more than a year and this has started only a few days ago, I assume it´s a glitch
Because if this change is something they had planned, they have killed one of the info i use most when doing my team activitie report
Please advise on what can i do to solve this
