Changing Reply To on a Workflow Email

I have created a new email template and workflow around it, but I can't find where to change the Reply To address on the email. In the Email Notification screen (Settings - Automation - Actions - Email Notifications), I thought the option was supposed to appear after filling in the basic data, but it doesn't.

How do I change the reply to address for notifications?
