Changing Tab Element - Font Color on Tabs and on Mobile - the bars as they go down

I am fairly new to Zohosites and have developed on other CMS platforms, but this is my first site here.  I know HTML but am a basic CSS user - so am having trouble changing the template so on my Tab element on the screen is changed to my colour screen.  I have been able to modify everything but the Tab Element.  I want to change the font colour bf6449 to 5ac8e4 on the active tab and also on the mobile the bars going across from same colour to the new same colour.

As you can see everywhere there is bf6449 I changed it to 5ac8e4 but does seem to have changed it.
