Changing the "from" email and default email

Hi, when I signed up for Zoho yesterday (not the free version) I chose what I believe to be the "master" email. It was something that I instantly regret. I wernt to my dashboard to change this master email. I deleted it from primary and created a new primary email. But I still see the old one everywhere I look. And it sends from that address.
