Chaning my "From" identity

Whilst my Zoho mail shows my full name (FirstName LastName)  above the Compose button, every email I send has the internal name format (firstname.lastname@ domain.com) as opposed to my proper name.

I've been everywhere trying to find out what I need to change to fix this, but still am not seeing it.

What on earth do I need to change so it sends as "FirstName LastName" and not firstname.lastname@domain.com. I'm obviously missing something, but what exactly?

To clarify, this is visible in the drop down that shows my Primary address and all the other aliases I've set up. Neither the primary or aliases seem to have the ability to 'name' the accounts - thus "Billing" would simply show up as billing@domain.com.
