Charset - can we use our Hungarian characters somehow?

Hi,

I am very beginners with ZohoCRM, which seems to be a great product. But because we have to use our own Hungarian language to storing information of contacts etc. where very special characters used like ó,ü, etc. some language or
charset setting is required to produce professional emails, quotes and more.
If we use web leads then we can lost the right names, etc.

Can I set somehow this feature please?
Our web-pages contains like this produce readable contents:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1250">

I have not found where can be set the head section (if possible).
If we fix this problem then I almost sure that we will join to this great solution.
