This is a couple days short of a month. Of course, Zoho blames Yodelee, who blames Chase...
It's a sign that in fact, Zoho doesn't really care. There are other bank feeds available (Plaid, for example), and not having a Plan B for the customers of Books is simply ignorant.
The first times I used a CSV file to update Books, it took a tech support and screen share session - Zoho doesn't even have a help doc on how to do this (mapping the fields correctly).
Everybody apologies profusely, but that means nothing. This failure adds about an hour a week to my workload. But hey, they SINCERELY apologize.
Like many problems in Zoho, it takes forever to get fixed. NOT OUR FAULT is BS, they can and should take action, but alas, they're more interested in adding features than improving current products.
I ONLY use Books because I use Inventory as a primary business app. I'm looking for an alternate accounting app (Quickbooks sucks for inventory) that will work with Inventory, no success so far. And we're spending $200/mo on Zoho apps - this is not some magical bargain.
Perhaps if enough of us raise the issue, they'll get off their butts and fix it.
