The "chat" at the bottom right of ZOHO CRM - is that supposed to be internal among users or is it supposed to be some sort of external?
We are experimenting with how to communicate internally. :)
also if i use @name to tag someone in the feed or a comment, is there anyway to get a notification in zoho or just an email?
