I am on CRM plus plan and now trying to figure out Zoho support. We are using Sales IQ too..I see that there is a chat section in Support but says 'No chats'. I am confused as from the answers above I understand there is no differnce between Sales IQ and this Chat. Is there a way for me to access the sales IQ conversations etc in cat section of zoho support??
