Chat text cleared

I don�t know if you can reproduce this:

If a user is typing a message and suddenly it receives an answer to a previous question, all the text you are typing (before you press Enter) disappears... which forces you to start again and expect do not t receive a message while tiping anew!

I.m using IE.

By the way, would be great the posiibility to save the chat history as a document...
