Hello,

I have successfully set up Zoho Desk and integrated it with Moodle using ASAP. I am now looking for a chatbot that supports the Urdu language to enhance student support.

My goal is to enable the chatbot within ASAP so that students can ask questions, receive answers based on knowledge base articles, and be directed to relevant articles if needed. If their query remains unresolved, the chatbot should provide a link to submit a support ticket—without redirecting them to the Zoho Desk portal.

Could you please guide me on how to set this up within Zoho Desk?

In Zoho Desk, you can choose between Zia Reply Assistance and the GC bot in the ASAP widget. However, neither currently supports Urdu. While this is on our radar for future evaluation, it’s not available at the moment.
