We've got a fresh batch of updates in Zoho Tables: our newest ways to work smarter with your data and put AI to work for you. They're all live on the web now, so here's a quick look.

1. Zoho Tables on Zoho MCP

Bring Zoho Tables into your AI workflows with Zoho MCP. Set up compatible apps and AI assistants to securely query, create, and update records in your bases using natural language.

Example: Ask your AI assistant to pull every overdue item from your task tracker base and draft the follow-ups, all from a single prompt.

2. Zia agents

Build your own agents on top of your Zoho Tables data, connect them across multiple apps, and let them handle work from start to finish.

Example: Set up an agent that watches a support intake base and routes each new record to the right team automatically.

3. Group by

Cluster your records into collapsible groups based on any field: status, owner, category, or date. Add multiple levels to group within groups, so you can drill from a broad view down to the fine detail. It's an instant, structured view that makes patterns easy to spot and keeps large tables from feeling overwhelming.

Example: Group your content calendar by status, then by owner within each status, to see everything in Draft, In Review, and Published, and who's holding what.

4. Gantt view

Plan and track your work on a visual timeline. Map tasks across dates, see how they depend on each other, monitor progress, and catch bottlenecks before they slow you down.
