Hi Guys,

I am really struggling on how to set up an effective automation follow up with Zoho. I used Zendesk before but now separating Support and Sales (Zoho).

I created a series of 6 email follow up but the problem is that I can not find any way to tell the system to stop the Automation if the customer reply to any of the emails.

I used to do this with Zendesk by adding different tag, so if the updater = End-user -> add tag replied, something like.

I really want to transfer all sales activity to Zoho but this is a big setback.

Please help me with any knowhow or work around that you have.
