Checking Contact Email is missing the point.
We have over 25 CRM and Email users in our company and we need to check the e-mail communications/history in a Contact but this job is made into "mission impossible" if we need to check the 25 users, one by one. Instead, I propose to have a single button that allows us to see ALL email from ALL users with one click - in the same Contact.
At the moment, one needs to guess which user may have been receiving emails for a particualr contact. This facility is a basic need for any CRM user!
