Checking POP mail, some POP accounts not working.
We have several of our users (@helloveritas.com) who have POP accounts set up to check other user's email too.
Frankly what we wanted was to be able to just have people see each other's email, but using POP seemed to be the only way to achieve it using Zoho.
sharon@helloveritas.com has several other accounts set up via POP. Some of those are working just fine (info@ for example, and alex@ too). However, lauren@ and michela@ are still receiving email when those users log in, BUT when Sharon checks those accounts via POP from her login, they appear to have no new mail since Nov 30.
Could you please let me know why?
