Checkout and Continue shopping buttons not working in Cart

Checkout and Continue shopping buttons not working in Cart

One of my customers is having a critical issue, when in cart, the Continue Shopping and Checkout buttons are not working.  They were working up until Friday 30 July.  Is anyone else having this issue?  How can this be fixed asap?
