Hello,
Staff in China cannot use Zoho CRM as of this weekend. Until then, it was working fine.
1. cannot send leads email
2. cannot receive emails within zoho
3. cannot create new leads
The error message is "Unable to process your request"
A representative in China Zoho has said there is no issues but we are still having issues so they are incorrect or are not aware of these issues in China yet.
Can you please confirm this issue and what to do so staff can continue work. Thank you.
