Choose different EMail-Address when sending Mail from Contact

Choose different EMail-Address when sending Mail from Contact

Hi, is it possible to choose the sending EMail-Address, when I´m sending a Mail within a Contact?
We have different Projects. For each Project we use an seperate EMail-Adress.
When I´m inside a Contact and send him Mail from the SubNavigation in the right, i need to change EMail-Adress (outgoing).

How to solve?
