As i understands it Zoho CRM has an option to call phone numbers using Google Voice (which i believe is now called Google Hangout, maybe i am wrong).


It also seems like this option is only available to phone numbers in the US.

I have tried calling European phones using my Google Hangout account, and that worked just fine.

Would it be possible to enable this feature also for other phone numbers than US numbers?

A suggestion - i have no idea if this is possible from a coding point of view - the "dial via skype" button should be a "dial with...." button that lets you choose from a list of options (skype, hangout, viber or what ever is supported) from a dropdown....
