Circular logic trying to verify an email account I added to my account.
I created a new domain with two licenses and added 2 new email accounts. The first account worked fine but I can't verify the second account.
Something is very strange with Zoho and automatically pulling data from, I assume cookies.
In any event, The Admin console says the email in question is verified, but when I try to open the email in
https://mail.zoho.com it says one of your email addresses is not verified and it displays the email address in question.
If I click on the button to send verification email, it says message sent but no message is ever received on either email.
The email that I can't access because Zoho thinks it's verified in the Admin Console but not in the email app is
