Circumventing the architectural structure of 'Projects'
Is there a way to circumvent the architectural and structural mold of ZOHO-Projects? With certain (small) projects the obligatory 'mile-stones' and 'tasklists' are sometimes cumbersome and unnecessary and it becomes a heavy task and a hassle just to set up the project. I find that the mile-stones and tasklists can even actually clutter up the transparency and oversight of a (small) project.
According to the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology a project is something that requires more than one action step to be completed. Sometimes just the project name and some action steps (tasks) would suffice.
