I have a big problem here. There are over 6000 Contacts in my database. I extracted this into an excel and cleaned them, leaving me with around 4000 Contacts, however which is now on Excel. 

What would be the best way to clean my Zoho Database, so that I'm left with only these 4000 Contacts now?
