Click to call options really need to be improved. Based on my understanding I need to add a 1 in front of every number in our database to get Skype click to call working. I don't really want to do this. Beside it being a hassel to add a 1, if we did do this, numbers will show like this 1234567890 as apposed to this (123) 456-789, not a big deal but still annoying. Two, I don't wanna use Skype. I personally am using Gizmo5 right now and would prefer to stick with them for multiple reasons. I know other people would want integration with some other VOIP solution, bottom line is we need better options. Click to call improvements in Zoho would be a valuable time and money saver for me.
