Clicked link to join COMPANY paid Survey account and it put me into TRIAL. Help!

Clicked link to join COMPANY paid Survey account and it put me into TRIAL. Help!

I was recently sent a link to join the the "My Portal" portal in Zoho Survey, which is a paid subscription of ours. When I clicked the link and signed in with my credentials, it put me into a page that said was on a TRIAL and I do not see any of our company information.  

Please Help.
