Task updates are displayed with hyperlinks in the dashboard. However, when you click a task's hyperlink (and if you are alreadey in collapsed task list view) couple of task lists are listed in the screen, it includes the task list that selected tas belongs to but it does not show it clearly. In the list of couple task list, the only notification is the minus sign in front of the task list that task is in.

 

It will be more easier/clear to display the task list that selected task belongs to and also not in collapsed view but in expanded view showing the selecte3d task directly :)
