Client Authnication failure with Incoming POP server

Client Authnication failure with Incoming POP server

I have tried many times, checked and rechecked my password/username, tried various ports, tried various SSL/TLS settings. but pop.zoho.com just will not authenticate in my email client. Outgoing smtp works fine. Pop is enabled in my Zoho account.

I am using Incoming: pop.zoho.com
                  Port: 995
                  Security Implicit TLS/SSL
                  password/username = same as my Super Admin login

Can you help?
