Client E-mail Notification
Greetings, everyone. My company is growing and now I am at space where I absolutely need to have a bit of automation introduced on the client side. My needs for management is basically Client --> Client Project --> Tasks. I somewhat achieve this by creating a client under Projects and creating Tasks as individual projects (if there's a better way, by all means let me know!), but now I am somewhat at a lost. When a task is marked completed, I would like the ability to have an automatically e-mail sent to the client notifying them of completion. Is this at all possible? I vaguely remember something like this many, many years ago when I was at another company.
