Client Has Problems with ZOHO Account Creation Experience
The client I'm developing for thinks the ZOHO Account creation process will be confusing to her users. The main issue she has is the email confirmation. As a review, here's the process:
After sign-up, you go to your email inbox and do this:

That brings up this page:
And then when confirmed:
At this point, she wants clients to be directed back to the application rather than this page, which she feels is very confusing:
We've had lots of discussion in the forums about making the user experience transparent to a ZOHO back-end. It's been a while since I went through the sign-up process so I understand where she's coming from.
