A small usability request.
The table in the client (lead) view that shows which emails have been sent to or received from the client.
Why can't it show all emails to/from that client by default?
Whenever any of our customer service team look at a client record they want to see all the relevant emails.
But ... each time we have to use the drop down filter to see the different lists of emails sent from each user.
If you have 10 customer service agents that means you have to search 10 filtered lists just to find out the complete set of emails to that client.
Please add a "View All" option to the dropdown list AND make it the default on page load.
The whole point of Zoho is to share data amongst the team - not hide it in filtered dropdowns.
