I am in the process of uploading all our data to a created app i have done. I want someone to work with me, that can help create my vision of an application that holds mass data. I want to create a customer portal to this data that clients can pay to access it for a fee. Previous to paying to access certain columns, I want the portal to beable to be searched on 2-3 columns giving some hits to the data, then once payment is made they are given further access to other columns in the application. I want to place this application in a website to operate live. I need help in telling the person who is helping me what I want and the showing me and implementing it. Data size: 400000+
