Client request taken online and getting save in ZOHO CRM automatically under his Accounts..???

Client request taken online and getting save in ZOHO CRM automatically under his Accounts..???

Is there a way by which client can enter the request online / or via a link sent by ZOHO CRM, so that when he enters the data the same gets : "SAVED AS A CASE IN ZOHO CRM, under his ACCOUNT NAME.."...???
