It's my first time posting here but I have honed in on a CRM based solution to tackle a specific problem.

My company has a mobile workforce on the road spending several hours with a client.

My challenge is this.

I want my customers to be able to do the following through a portal of sorts [if not, through some kind of google integration:]

1. Search, see and contact specific sales/ resources from within my organization

2. Geo location based search would be great. Meaning, see where sales reps are [since they are mobile] and contact them and see if they can solve their specific needs [there should be a match between the needs of the client and the skills of the resource]

3. Sales reps/ resources shall potentially be rated based on their performance

Is such a system capable via Zoho? Ideally, out of the box solution would be great. If not, I can definitely try my hands at development.
