Hello Zoho team,
I use Cliq on my iPhone 5s (model ME305LL/A) with iOS 12.1.2. If I the app is open, I get banner notifications. But if I have the app closed or my screen is locked, I don't receive any push notifications (neither "lock screen" nor "notification center"). I have extensively checked my settings both within the Cliq app itself and on my iPhone for the Cliq app, and all notification types are enabled. I've also looked into battery and privacy settings on my iPhone, including apps' background data fetching, and everything I can find is enabled. I've tried resetting them, logging in and out, and restarting my iPhone. This problem persists, and it's been an issue for at least the last few months, quite possibly longer.
I've noticed a number of other topics related to this for both Android and iOS, but they all suggest the issue is resolved, which it obviously is not for me.
