Cliq quickguide for first user keeps popping up in IOS 12.1.4 iphone X

I found annoying bug that makes Cliq "quick guide" keeps popping up even though I have already been using the application for sometime

Every time I open the application, it tells me to "Search at your fingertips!"
Also when I open the 1 - 1 chat, a popup "Chat actions" keep appearing too then "Quick Reply" afterwards
and many others "quick guide" popups

What I have already tried:
- Reinstall the app
- Reboot phone (very dummy basic debugging, but somehow still not working)
- Follow the zoho tutorial for first-time user on the web application (hoping it wont teach me again in the mobile apps)

Device: Iphone X
IOS version: 12.1.4

Really hoping this problem fixed
