I'm looking to create a recurring Deal/Opportunity each month within Zoho CRM.

I've already created a workflow and added the following custom fields to the Deals module:

• Monthly Billing (picklist/checkbox)
• Date of Next Invoice
• Recurring Active

These fields are being used as the workflow triggers. What I'm struggling with is finding a way to create a function that automatically clones the original Deal when the workflow is triggered, then updates the "Date of Next Invoice" for the following month.

Ideally, the process would continue creating a new Deal each month while "Recurring Active" remains enabled, and stop when the recurring service is cancelled.

Has anyone implemented something similar or can provide guidance on the best way to create the custom function?
