Cloning Leads Results in Loss of Data
Hello!
We like to keep our leads in "Leads" since it is likely that the Lead will have multiple deals. As lead conversion removes a lead from "Leads" and becomes a deal and/or contact, Zoho tech during orientation recommended I simply clone the lead and then convert one. Although a little tedious, it has been working for our needs. However, I recently realized that not all information gets copied to the clone. Some information, like Notes do not get transferred over, which is really important in a CRM.
Is this a known issue? Any solutions?
