Cloning mywhole CRM

I setup Zoho CRM for my territory and expense the monthly fees for myself and the others users in my territory. Another territory leader wants to use Zoho and since I cant see a way to split the billing I want to look at cloning my schema so that she can have her own CRM with the same customizations that I made. How do I do this please?
