Let's face the facts: most businesses have employees who are resistant to CRM data entry and maintenance - unless 100% mandatory, but that's a different topic all together.   One way to help users out is to make everything easier. Our business has users with a wide range of skill sets, so the less they have to do the better our chances are for improving usage and becoming more comfortable with WHAT and WHY a CRM program is useful.


It would be fantastic if ZoHo had a solution so that when a job is marked "CLOSED", open tasks and events would automatically be marked closed as well.  If you could standardize closed categories - closed/lost or delivered/closed so that your program would know when this situation arises, it would be so useful.
