Close an account and open a new in ZohoCRM
Hello, I have create ad activity on ZohoCRM using my personal Gmail account. I invite in past two user with their business email. So all works fine.
Now we pass under Google Apps and I wish integrate the CRM with my domain. Here begins the problem.
I invite other two users, but when I write their email for an invite ZohoCRM reply:
"zoho crm id already exists. please use a different zoho crm id."
I try to deactivate (not delete, Zoho can't permit this), but I have the same problem.
How can I solve this?
