Close My Account

I no longer need my Zoho account, but when I click 'close account,' a message says: You are the Administrator of Zoho Docs. You must cancel your organization in "Business." Clicking on the link accomplishes nothing. Please, I just want to close my email account. I don't need to cancel any organizations or documents. Please give me clear, simple instructions on how to completely delete the account and all information connected with it. Thank you!
