Close trial CRM accounts, but retain email addresses

Hi,

I have created an organisational CRM and want 2 of my users to join, but they are already listed as admins of their own trial CRM accounts.

I understand that ZOHO uses a single sign on, but as these are established email addresses, I do not want to delete or change them.

According to your documentation ( https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/security/close-crm-account.html), an admin can delete their CRM account. As the option is not available, as per instructions, I assume this is no longer available.

Please assist.
