Close trial CRM accounts, but retain email adresses
Hi,
I have setup an organisation with Zoho and created multiple email accounts. I have just started setting up an organisational CRM and invited all the organisation members.
I have since discovered that 2 users have inadvertently opened and become the admin for their own trial version of CRM. Because of this they are unable to accept my invite to the organisational CRM.
How do I cancel the trial versions, so that they can accept my invite? I do not want to have to change the email address of the 2 accounts as they are long established and used externally.
Please assist.
